高校卒業後、単身渡仏。国際登山ガイドになるために、一年間フランスアルプスなどの過酷な山岳環境における高度な登山・登攀技術を修練する。一年を通して山で活動・生活しており、雪山登山や氷瀑登攀、バックカントリーなど、国内外で行う。現在は長野県を中心に、山の環境とお客様の要望に合わせて自然で遊ぶ一日を提案するフルアテンドサービスのGen.を主宰。

After graduating from high school, he went to France by himself. For one year, he trained in advanced mountaineering and alpinism techniques in harsh mountain environments such as the French Alps in order to become an international mountaineering guide. He is active and lives in the mountains all year round and performs snow mountaineering, icefall climbing, and backcountry activities in Japan and abroad. Currently, he runs Gen., a full-attendance service in Nagano prefecture that proposes a day of playing in nature according to the mountain environment and the client's needs.

小学4年の担任の影響で登山の魅力に目覚め山の世界へ。中学3年でヨーロッパアルプス・モンブラン、高校3年でヒマラヤ・ロブチェイーストに登頂。大学3年では当時最年少でエベレストに登頂。現在は登山ガイドとして活動しながら、国内外でフリー、アイス、アルパインクライミング、バックカントリースキー、ハイキング、キャンプなど四季を通してアウトドアフィールドで活動している。

He became fascinated with mountaineering under the influence of his 4th grade homeroom teacher and entered the world of mountains. In his third year of junior high school, he summited Mont Blanc in the European Alps, and in his third year of high school, he summited Lobuche East in the Himalayas. In his third year of college, he became the youngest person to summit Mount Everest. Currently, while working as a mountaineering guide, he is active in outdoor fields throughout the four seasons in Japan and abroad, including free, ice, and alpine climbing, backcountry skiing, hiking, and camping.

里山である神奈川県藤野町で生まれ育つ。独学にて、蜜蝋を用いた絵画の制作を始める。「地の旅」テーマに掲げ、自身が山・海へと入っていくことでの小さなこころの変化や、繰り返しながらも変化してゆく自然の世界を観察し瞬間・直感的に記憶と交差するような情景を抽象へと落とし込み描いている。現在は長野と藤野の二拠点を行き来し、自然とともにある暮らしの中で、制作を行なっている。

Born and raised in Fujino Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Self-taught, he began creating paintings using beeswax. Under the theme of "Journey of the Earth," she paints abstract scenes that cross with her instantaneous and intuitive memories of the small mental changes that occur when she goes into the mountains and the sea, and of observing the natural world as it repeats and changes over and over again. Currently, he divides his time between his two bases in Nagano and Fujino, where he lives and works in harmony with nature.

オーストラリアで牛の食肉加工場やフレンチレストランで勤務。帰国後東京のレストラン inua で発酵料理を学ぶ。その後北海道八雲市で漁師を経験し、同じ北海道にあるニセコのレストランthe flatsを立ち上る。日本各地を旅しながら食材そのものを理解し、ご縁に身を任せて埼玉県和光市で食堂「かぶら」を開業。食材第一に考え身体が本能で喜ぶ料理を作っている。

Worked at a beef processing plant and French restaurant in Australia. After returning to Japan, he studied fermented cuisine at Restaurant inua in Tokyo. He then worked as a fisherman in Yakumo City, Hokkaido, and started his own restaurant "the flats" in Niseko, also in Hokkaido. While traveling around Japan, he came to understand the ingredients themselves and opened the diner "KABURA" in Wako City, Saitama Prefecture. He puts the ingredients first, and makes food that pleases the body instinctively.

1985年、東京生まれ。

旅雑誌 『TRANSIT』編集部在籍時には「アウトドアを科学する」をテーマにし『terminal』を創刊(2 号まで刊行)。2014年独立。実体験とインタビューを中心に、自然そのものの美しさやその地に暮らす人びとの営みを取材し、対象に寄り添うことで得られる情景を文章と写真で伝える。ライフワークでは、ヒマラヤやモンゴルなどの秘境を対象に取材を行っている。

Born in Tokyo in 1985.

He started his own magazine "terminal" with the theme of "Science of Outdoor Activities" when he was an editor of the travel magazine "TRANSIT" (published until the second issue). He has been working as an independent photographer since 2014. He has been reporting on the beauty of nature and the lives of the people who live in the area, mainly through his own experiences and interviews, and conveys the scenes obtained by being close to the subject through his writings and photographs. In her life's work, she has covered unexplored regions such as the Himalayas and Mongolia.
